Cheese Making

Introduction to Cheese Making

A relaxed, mostly demonstration-style workshop that takes the mystery out of home cheese making and shows how achievable it can be.

How many people are needed for a workshop?

Most workshops require at least six participants to go ahead and are usually capped at around six to nine people so the group stays comfortable and practical.

How do I secure a booking?

Full payment is required to secure a place. Once your booking is confirmed, you will not have more to pay if reasonable workshop costs change closer to the date.

What happens if I need to change my booking?

Please contact Linda at least 14 days before the workshop if you need to transfer to another date. With at least 14 days notice, your workshop fee can usually be credited toward a future workshop or products.

If less than 14 days notice is given and the place cannot be filled, the fee may be forfeited because workshop preparation has already been arranged.

Are paid bookings refundable?

Paid bookings are generally non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, but may be used as payment toward products or another workshop where the booking conditions allow.

Are gift certificates available?

Yes. Gift certificates are available either for a dollar amount or for a particular workshop. Contact Linda to discuss the best option.

Can dietary requirements be accommodated?

Dietary requirements can be discussed before the workshop so the menu and tastings can be adjusted where practical.
